Please keep in mind that our products are made from pure essential oils and natural soy wax with no added stabilisers. Natural ingredients behave as nature intended — which may result in visible variations such as discolouring or an uneven surface. These are not defects.

Should you experience a quality concern, please report it within 14 days of delivery to studio@tenjanuary.com.

Please note that only unused candles in their original packaging will be considered for refund or replacement.
