As we want our clients to have a positive experience with our candles we regard feedback as pointing in the direction of  areas that may require improvement.

Do, however,  keep in mind that  our products are made of  pure essential oils and natural soy wax, with no added stabilisers -  these natural ingredients do what nature does - being unpredictable which may result in visible imperfections e.g. discolouring and uneven surface.

Should you have a quality, kindly report such issue within 14 days from date of delivery

Note that only unused candles, in its original packaging will be considered for refund or replacement.
